Lychee Season

Have you ever tried lychee?? What is lychee ? You might be asking. Well, you'll have to come to our house and find out because lychee season it is! The round red fruit is covered in a reptile like skin and inside you find a very sweet, transparent, jelly-like fruit with a brown seed that drips down your face as you take a bite. It's always really cool when the month of May comes around and we start to see little red things hanging from our tree. The boys have been busy harvesting our tree everyday. It's funny, when it comes to getting lychee out of the tree and we've finally got a winner bunch, it's like gold. Everybody enjoys eating a BIG red juicy lychee.
