Prickly Prawns

Those beautiful prawns sitting all nicely on Luke's shoulders ( See that baby with the cool hairdo in the background, yeah, that's my baby and that's what she looks like all the time..naked with a diaper on and usually all sticky from eating the lychee off the ground ~ in this picture she's sticky from a lollipop ~mixed with a little dirt from playing in the garden, that's Victoria for you!)

The boys have been enjoying some freedom and going down to our beach down the hill on their own. It's great they have each other, the three boys..talk about adventure! At "The Mill" (our beach down the hill) , there is a stream/river that comes down from the mountains and flows into the ocean and in the river or stream?? I'm not sure whether to call it a river or a stream...good question, something to look up...anyhow, the river is home to prawns that the boys have been catching, bringing them home and insisting that they are going to eat them. Several days in a row along with some of their friends they have come home with a few prawns at a time. Our freezer is now the home of those poor prawns. We're supposed to eat them! I'll let you all know when we do.
